We are happy to announce that the 80cc Jet Black bicycle engine kits and 80cc Rev packages have finally arrived.These new kits are available with a new black finish look to the EPA approved mufflers included with our packages.

Here's the same list of changes we've applied to this new package in comparison to previous Limited Edition and Regular bicycle engine kit packages :

1. IMPROVED INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PACKAGING
These new bicycle engine kit packages come with greatly improved packaging to stand up to shipping damage

2. JET BLACK / REV SILVER 80CC ENGINE
We have incorporated the slant head design taken from our 49cc engines and have applied this to our Jet Silver 80cc Engine to give it additional torque and power ! The Rev Silver engines come with the classic straight up and down spark plug.

3. UPGRADED CHROME SPROCKET DESIGN
Using the chrome curved sprocket from our Limited Edition Kits, we have added the ability to install these sprockets directly to the bicycle tire hub without additional drilling.

4. HIGH QUALITY FUEL LINE
Improved fuel line quality is included with these kits that don't get hard over time.

5. INCLUDED RUBBER VIBRATION DAMPENERS
We now include 4 cut pieces of rubber which you can place in between the engine and the frame of the bicycle to reduce vibration from the engine to the bicycle.

6. IMPROVED GAS TANK FASTENERS AND MOUNTS
Strong gas tank clamps and plastic fasteners for the bolt tips are now packaged which help to prevent the gas tank nuts from rattling loose.

7. NEW DESIGN IDLER PULLEY WITH ROLLER BEARINGS
Stronger and more durable idler wheels, and a quieter and more fluid roller system.

8. THE LATEST BLACK HUSH MUFFLER DESIGN WITH HEAD SHIELD
Additional added protection on the muffler to prevent any burns or scalds in case your foot slips.

9. CLUTCH REMOVAL TOOL AND MUFFLER SUPPORT
The clutch removal tool is included with this package and will definitely come in handy for maintenance down the road. The muffler support design has been improved.

10. WIDENED FRONT ENGINE MOUNT FOR UP TO 1.5 INCH DIAMETER DOWN TUBES

Unlike the limited edition kits that accomodate only 1.25 Inch diameter down tubes, we've increased the size so that this engine mounts directly to the frame of even more bicycles without the need for a large frame tube adapter requiring drilling through the frame.
