News - Project Showcase

This was a really fun project here is a few photo's of my project bike (Administrator edit : these pictures are located under the Zoombicycles - Gallery). Notice that I did not have to drill through the frame. I used U-bolt's,3/4 inch galvanized pipe, rubber plumbing gasket. I used high heat black enamel 500 degree paint, I painted the gas tank two tone and painted the chain guard. I usually follow written directions to the tee. But this being my first time dealing with this kind of project I had to improvise some different techniques. There is absolutely no vibration with the way the engine is set up. I use synthetic oil 6oz. to one gallon of gas. There is no smoke, the engine purrs like a kitten! It's a fun ride and now I have to get my boy's one now. They have been looking depressed when I buzz pass them. Great kit 80cc motor!

Thank you,
