"OINKY"
As far as motored bikes go, this build is by far the most time-consuming Labor of Love I've undertaken.
This is a Greenline BC-103, with a ZOOMBICYCLES 80cc motorkit.
Getting the rear sprocket hardware to pass through the 68-spoke pattern was a nightmare. I had to redrill all of the holes, and cut rubber spacers out of old steel-belted conveyor material. My right hand was palsied for 2 days, haha.
The rear motor mounts that you see aren't pretty. I snapped the pic before painting, to show how it was done.
I turned the stock handlebars upside-down, for maximum comfort. They look better like that, also.
I got some .30cal ammo boxes to use as saddlebags.
The fuel tank is a brand new 1.3gallon Whizzer. I actually dropped the tank and put a good dent in the top. EEK! I wanted to vomit. Can't see it now.
The POLICE decals I got online.
I took the fenders, tank, decals and ammo boxes to a friend, for painting.
He filled, sanded, primed, painted and clear-coated everything. Really nice work, too.
Hope you enjoy looking, as much as i do riding!
