• We provide a 90 day parts warranty on all of our bicycle engine kits with a 30 day engine parts warranty .
• We cannot warranty issues caused by user neglect or improper use of engine.
• Our Warranty will not cover engine seizure if the correct ratio of oil and petrol is not used.
• The bicycle motor engine kit and its components therein are warranted solely to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days.
  
• During the duration of this warranty, the buyer will at their own cost ship back the entire engine kit within two(2) weeks of purchase with an RMA#.
• After the two (2) weeks of purchase, the buyer will at their own cost ship back the exact component(s) with an RMA# for Zoombicycles.com (owned and operated by EHBC Distributors Ltd., herein will be referred to as the "Vendor") sole discretion to repair or replace any defective component with the same or equivalent components.
• At time of receipt of bicycle motor, parts or components, we will diagnose and determine the necessary action and review of the RMA report.
  
• The foregoing warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall the "Vendor" be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the bicycle, the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or accessories in any manner, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
• Zoombicycles.com's (owned and operated by EHBC Distributors Ltd.) liability hereunder is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the bicycle motor engine kit or components, or at the "Vendor's" sole discretion, to the net amount paid by the original retail purchaser and not more.
• If the original retail Purchaser elects to repair a defective Bicycle or component himself or use the services of someone other than the vendor to repair the bicycle motor engine kit or if Purchaser uses a replacement part not authorized by the "Vendor", will not be liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts.
• If the Purchaser has a valid warranty claim as set forth in the Terms Of Service (the ‘TOS’), none of the limited warranties include the cost of shipment or transportation of the bicycle motor engine kit or bicycle motor engine kit component(s) to or from the "Vendor" in accordance with the TOS. Same if the Purchaser does not have a valid warranty claim as set forth in the TOS, this limited warranty does not include such shipment or transportation costs.
• The Buyer understands and acknowledges that operating a motorized bicycle or use of a bicycle engine kit entails known and unanticipated risks. Buyer understands that such risks cannot be eliminated by the "Vendor" without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity.

Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear; damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident; damage from stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the failure of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system.
• Damages resulting from failure to follow Instructions for Use and Warnings as provided in the Installation Manual for the Motorized Bicycle Engine Kit.
• Damages resulting from improper installation or use of any parts or accessories not supplied by to modify bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system.
• Installation of parts, accessories, or electrical components not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system as sold, or any modification of it or it's components originally supplied.
• Purchase or use of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system outside of Canada and the United States of America.

All warranties are void if the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.

If the Purchaser has a valid warranty as set forth in the Terms Of Service (the ‘TOS’), none of the limited warranties include the cost of shipment or transportation of the bicycle motor engine kit or bicycle motor engine kit component(s) to or from Zoombicycles.com (owned and operated by EHBC Distributors Ltd.) in accordance with the TOS. If the Purchaser does not have a valid warranty claim as set forth in the TOS, this limited warranty would again not include such shipment or transportation costs.

The Buyer understands and acknowledges that operating a motorized bicycle or use of a bicycle engine kit entails known and unanticipated risks. Buyer understands that such risks cannot be eliminated by the "Vendor", EHBC Distributors Ltd. without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity.
